I like to mix the traditional expectations of wedding photography and mix in a photo journalistic style. Making sure to capture all the moments you would expect to see, and mixing in a lot of important details that might get over looked. To book you consultation email Legendarybruce@humanluminous.com
Prior to the wedding, your photographers split up amongst the wedding parties. The main photographer usually goes to the bride at her preparation area. The second photographer goes to the groom at his designated preparation area. Our goal here is to use a photojournalistic approach to capture the environment, the mood, the emotion, the details, the supporting cast prior to the ceremony. From the moment the supporting cast begins to arrive, through the time they leave the preparation are to the moment they arrive at the ceremony location.
Two photographers arrive at the ceremony location. Photojournalistic approach is taken prior to the ceremony beginning. Capturing the details of the venue, characteristics of the ceremony, the arrival of the guest, etc. Prior the the ceremony beginning, each photography is strategically locating vantage points throughout the venue to capture the highest quality images during your wedding.
Traditional wedding portrait groups (i.e: Bride and Groom, wedding party, etc.) are taken at the location and/or at a previously discussed location. This usually includes additional lighting tools and techniques. Wedding portraits are heavily influenced by each individual couples style. They can be traditional and crisp, or untraditional, and still crisp.
Your reception is a time of celebration. It’s the first time each family get to enjoy the most intimate, candid moments with each other. For the photographer it is a mixture of event, food, and photojournalistic photography.
Your engagement photo are an opportunity for the photographer to capture a renewed feeling of love and excitement for your future together.
